What are your return policies?

If you find any manufacturers defects in your kite or you are certain that there is a problem with the kites flight you may contact us and arrange to return your purchase. You may return the item in its original condition and in the original package both undamaged, within thirty days. We will inspect the kite and test fly the kite. If there is in fact a problem with the kite we will process a credit note for the full cost of the item, minus shipping costs or replace the kite as you choose. Before returning your kite you must E mail help@kiteworks.ca for an return authorization number top of page

Is shopping at Kiteworks Secure?

Yes, to ensure the security of your credit card information we have chosen to use Pay Pal, an eBay company. Rest assured the security of your information and the best possible shopping experience with Kiteworks is our number one priority. top of page

Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, we realize that some people do not want to use their credit card on the internet even though all security precautions have been taken.To protect the security of your credit card information I will call you and personally take your phone order. Just E mail me with your phone number and a time that is best to contact you and I will call you to answerer any questions and take your order on the phone. Rest assured the security of your information and the best possible shopping experience with Kiteworks is our number one priority. top of page

What services do you use to ship orders?

Kiteworks.ca ships all orders in Canada care of CanPar Couriers or Canada Post. Orders shipped out of Canada are shipped Canada Post. Canada Post ships virtually anywhere in the world. All orders that are a "Post Office Box" delivery must be sent Canada Post because there is on one to sign for the delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For deliveries by CanPar Courier Service there must be someone at home between 8:00 am / 5:00 pm to sign for the package. If there is not going to be someone at the shipping address please notify us by E Mail and we will ship Canada Post or ship to another address of your choice, eg: work address. All orders that are a "Post Office Box" delivery must be sent Canada Post because there is on one to sign for the delivery.

How much should I expect to pay in shipping?

Kiteworks.ca charges a flat rate for its shipping based on the total cost of the order. An order under the amount of $20 (CA) will incur a $8.00 (CA) charge and all orders over $20.00 (CA) are charged $19.99 (CA). These costs cover packaging, shipping and insurance on your kite order.

Kiteworks Canada reserves the right to discontinue any product or change prices on any product on this web site without notice.
